About Armor Guitar Company
Armor Guitar Company has spoiled
me to the point where any other guitar just doesn't cut it. I myself
am the owner of an Armor Jumbo Model and have to say it is one of the
most balanced guitars I have ever held. The craftsmanship that went
into building this piece of art, and precision brilliance was all done
by James Peters. These guitars are so balanced and modeled in such a
fashion, that they are an ideal guitar for any genre. I look forward
to owning more of AGC's beautiful guitars and dobros.

Armor
Guitar Company handmade instruments are built one at a time and
are individually hand crafted by me, James Peters, paying attention
to every detail of how the instrument is constructed and how all the
pieces fit together to better the response, tone, volume, feel and playability.
These are key factors to consider
when looking for the right instrument - and most, "off the shelf"
guitars usually fail in at least one if not most of those 5 critical
areas.
One day while doing a rather extensive repair (a
1972 Martin D-28), it hit me that it would almost be easier to build
him a new guitar than to repair this one. I finished his guitar and
it turned out great. That was when I decided to get geared up and start
building.
Armor Guitars have
a signature, unique headstock shape and bridge design. Tried and true
traditional methods of construction give a solid look, feel, sound and
playability to all Armor Guitar Company
instruments.
